We are excited to have with us our CPC Friends & Global Workers Phil & Judy Bowler this Sunday in both our 10am & 6pm Gatherings.
TWO DIFFERENT PRESENTATIONS
Phil & Judy Bowler are a dynamin ministry couple who have spent the last 14 years in Dakar, Senegal, partnering with the national church and developing a variety of ministries. Phil has served on the consulting committee for the Bible School all that time, helping to improve standards, increasing the school to a 4 year programme from a 3 year programme, and seeing a quadrupling in the number of students. He also teaches courses and trains leaders for the churches of West Africa. Judy has developed and implemented a Bible program, impacting the Word of God on 2,000 students in ten different schools. She also oversees the Child Care Plus programme. The SD card ministry has reached many Senegalese for Christ as it enables them to listen to the New Testament on their own devices. Each year many villages are reached through the distribution of the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes which the Bowlers help transport. Their prayer and healing ministry has seen many healings occur from all kinds of illnesses and diseases through prayer and the laying on of hands. Phil & Judy have two sons, Matthias and David, both of whom are now in college, one in Ontario and one in California. In January 2018, the Bowlers will be moving to Conakry, Guinea to fill a void left by the death of one of their fellow global workers there. They will be bringing a wealth of experience from their years spent in Senegal.
