Joins us for the CPC Women’s Church Campout from June 4-7, 2026, at Buttle Lake. It will be a refreshing weekend at beautiful Driftwood Bay on Buttle Lake in Strathcona Park. Surrounded by mountains and a private beach, this is a space to relax, connect, and be renewed in nature. Enjoy campfires, meaningful connection, and free time to hike, swim, paddle**, explore Myra Falls, or simply rest with a good book.

Main camp runs Friday–Sunday | Optional Thursday arrival

What to Expect:

  • A welcoming space for up to 100 women
  • Campfire gatherings together on Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday morning
  • A flexible, come-as-you-are atmosphere with plenty of free time to:
    • Hike scenic trails
    • Visit nearby Myra Falls
    • Paddleboard, kayak, or swim in the lake
    • Relax on the beach with a book
    • Enjoy crafts, laughter, and meaningful conversation

This is more than a getaway—it’s a chance to build friendships, deepen connection, and restore your soul in God’s creation. Come as you are, bring your favorite camp chair, your sense of adventure (or rest!), and be ready for a life-giving weekend with incredible women.

Camp Costs:

 - Cost: $35 for adults; $15 for kids and youth.

Getting There:

Buttle Lake: The main access to Strathcona Park is via Highway 28, which connects with Gold River on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Follow Hwy 19 north past Courtenay to Campbell River, then follow Hwy 28 west for 48km. Hwy 28 passes through the northern section of the park and provides access to Buttle Lake. Gas and services are not available between Campbell River and Gold River.
