Are you ready to meet our new youth pastors?

After months of work with our Leadership Council and a thorough search process involving several candidates, multiple stages of interviewing, and extensive reference research, I am pleased to announce that last month the individual at the top of our list accepted our job offer.

You will get to meet this couple this Easter Sunday morning and they will move to the Valley later this year, but for now allow me to introduce Pastor Clay Wilson & Chantiel Orlowski (soon to be Wilson!), our new youth pastors!

Hey! I am Clay and I am super excited about becoming the new youth pastor at Comox Pentecostal. Chantiel and I have been together for almost 4 years and will be getting married on July 2nd this summer on Vancouver Island which I now get to call home after growing up in Winnipeg. Chantiel on the other hand has lived on the Island her whole life, other than her time at Summit Pacific College where she graduated with a degree in Counselling. Summit is where I met Chantiel and where I will be graduating from later this month with a degree majoring in Youth Leadership. Chantiel and I love the outdoors, food, movie nights, and sports, but most of all we love youth ministry and church. We both grew up in great youth ministries and have felt a strong calling to pastor young people. We have spent our almost 4 years together dreaming of marriage and doing ministry together and thanks to CPC, Chantiel and I are ready to call this church home!

Our team is very excited to begin working with Clay & Chantiel later this year and seeing their gifts and passions find expression in connecting with our youth, discipling them, and reaching other teens in the Comox Valley with the best message on Earth.

I know you will be excited to join me in welcoming Clay & Chantiel warmly!
