Hi Amazing Volunteers!!
We have a special event that I would like all of our Kids/Youth Volunteers from our church to attend.
My friend Austin Toews, the director for Children and Family Ministries from our PAOC District Office will be leading a discussion here at CPC in regards to church safety and plan to protect guidelines for working with Children and Youth. I’m hoping that because I am giving a months notice that everyone can make sure that you can do everything possible in the planning of your upcoming schedule planning to make this event work. This is a mandatory meeting for all those that want to work with kids/youth in our church.
The meeting and dessert potluck will be held in the Fellowship Hall on Monday, November 29th, 630-8pm. Please RSVP Pastor Trevor to let me know that you will be in attendance.
